Gotta be careful with herb juice though.  Parsley juice has some myristicin in it.  A whole glass of parsly juice will have you high as shit for hours.  But, like nutmeg (which also contains myristicin), I highly recommend you don't try it.

Juice a whole bundle of herbs, and you'll be fine.  But fill a whole glass with herb juice, and you could be sorry.

So this is what I've been doing lately:
As a way of dieting I've substituted regular meats with Boca burgers and chicken products simply because they have at least half the calories. Instead of eating potato chips I eat the Vegetable chips which are also around half the calories. Pretty much I just look out for lower calories, lower sugar, lower sodium, and more vitamins.

What do you guys think of that?

thats basically not helping at all. you could just eat half of what you ate before - that splits the calories of your daily diet in two as well.
but looking out for strange ingredients and lower sugar etc is a good start.
maybe just cut the whole processed food thing and buy RAW, FRESH things to get a feeling for food in general.

The taste, or the intoxication?

I usually put a handful of parsley in with my carrot/apple/celery/lemon.  Or cilantro, or basil, or oregano, or whatever's growing out back.

Ever try sage juice?  That'll knock your teeth out.

the taste, i never knew about any intoxication. however, when i drink really fresh juice on an empty stomach i will get a subtle yet very noticeable buzz from it.

that would be so awesome to grow my own shit in the back yard. i envy you!
i just hate living in an apt in one of the biggest cities  hence, no yard at all.
ive had dreams of living on a vegetable farm, and the juices that i would do with them resources available.

btw i will surely look for some sage when i go out tomorrow

Jake Shields is a life long vegetarian and he is the next opponent for George St. Pierre, 15 wins in a row I think.

Don't buy things that are "low calories" waste of fucking money many.  Buy high calorie high fat foods, much more bang for your buck.  Eat until you are satiated (but don't carb binge!) with real foods.  Don't buy veggie chips or Boca burgers or any packaged shit.  It is all about making your own food from healthy ingredients.

Just saying "low calorie" is a brilliant scam because companies get your to pay more for less food!

Doesn't matter if your a carnivore or vegan, if you're eating packaged foods it is most likely unhealthy.  Try to make all your meals you can.

Variety is also important, don't get stuck eating the same fruits and veggies every day, get a variety, that is also key.

You feel better for a while, as you clean out shit from bad eating, but after a while you may start to develop deficiencies.  Stay watchful, many people fail vegan diets, like Gandhi and the Dalia lama.

"A human being is part of the whole, called by us 'Universe'; a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest -- a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness.

This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and affection for a few persons nearest us.

Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole nature in its beauty.

Nobody is able to achieve this completely but striving for such achievement is, in itself, a part of the liberation and a foundation for inner security."

They probably don't have nutritional yeast flakes in India.  But they probably get enough B12 from eating dirty food.

I'm curious too.

Fuckin' love them yeast flakes. They're overpriced in my opinion though, just get some B50-100 pills and its the exact same thing.

Can I get anyone's suggestions on a good juicer???

It's true.  I guess saying "Mexican water has parasites in it that give you the shits" is also racist.
