Recommend me a good series

I just finished watching all 3 seasons of Breaking Bad and loved it.  :saulgoodman:

Before that I watched all of Walking Dead.  I'm currently watching season 1 of Flight of the Conchords and it's funny at times.  I've seen the Sopranos, 6 Feet Under, Rome, Carnivale, Bored to Death and some of Eastbound and Down.  I tried but couldn't get into Boardwalk Empire, Weeds, Spartacus.  Based on that, any good recommendations?

californication is great.  for sci-fi stuff mst3k is killer and the show lexx is great too.

Mad Men and Californication are awesome too.

Top Gear is awesome but not exactly a narrative drama type show..

Dead Like Me is entertaining. Its about a girl who dies who is turned into a reaper. Came out before Reaper, which is just as good.
Dexter is the shit. It gets addicting as fuck. One of my favourite tv series ever.
The Wire is incredible. Possibly better than Dexter. It is a police drama, however.
Battle Star Galactica is hands down my favourite sci-fi tv series. It has a rather gripping story.
Firefly is also really good, but it was cancelled early and the movie really left you with more questions than answers. I might have liked it more than BGS if it wasn't cut so short. It had a very cool story arc set up going for it.

rediscover reading. newspapers and the internet are written at a third grade level, for the most part. there is hardly any good comprehension practice
