Cloning Sclerotia to Agar

I mixed a plate up 3 days ago with 100ml water, 1.9g agar agar powder and 2g light malt extract, then cut a little piece from the center of a Ps. Galindoi truffle and dropped it in the middle of the agar. It's been three days with no growth whatsoever, just a little browning on the agar where I placed the sclerotia.

So my question is, is this alright, or should I make three more plates and hopefully one will grow?
