Methylone/MDMA, Stuttering, and Confidence

I can safely say stuttering has crippled my social life in many ways.

But when im on mdma..more specifically on methylone, I dont stutter, I get this boost of confidence and I can talk to anyone without stuttering

So this brings me to think that my stuttering is mostly just in my head, other than being a physical defect, but how can I realize this enough to stop stuttering? How can I gain this confidence I get on these drugs, without drugs?

I don't want to have to pop a pill to feel confident and talk without worries :sad:
