Developing a stutter?

Hi all.
Lately it seems as if I'm stuttering occasionally.
It's kind of like I'm overthinking everything I say to the extent I'm changing my mind about how I'm wording whatever I'm trying to express.
It's not really like a classic stutter where words "freeze" mid-pronunciation.

Anyone experienced this or heard about it?
Is it something that might be emerging as a problem (doubtful) or do I just need to chill? I have slight stress related anxiety issues which have been fairly constant during the last couple years of university.

I think I know what you're talkig about.  I think of a bunch of different ways to say something a split second before I say it, so sometimes it will come out mixed and not make sense
