so what is the process here? isn't the goal to make the alcohol itself? whats the point of starting off with alcohol?

you can create your very own custom recipe, and alter it to make it come out just how you want it. idk I think its pretty cool to be able to make exactly what you want and its not like it costs you much either.

I like the whole trial and error idea of perfecting it, I think it would be a great feeling of accomplishment to end up with something that tastes amazing that you made yourself for dirt cheap that you can share with your friends.

You don't start off with alcohol.  The point is to make lots of booze for cheap!  That experimental batch of juice concentrate I'm making will make about 25, 750ml wine bottles full for about 30 cents each.

Even if you use high quality juice it usually ends up costing only a couple bucks or so per bottle.

The process is basically; yeast eats sugar and turns it into alcohol and co2.

Yeast + any liquid with sugar = booze!

It's so simple it's funny.
