I will watch it, but you should put up a link, people are lazy lol

before I watch it though I am guessing its about psychopaths? My dad is a diagnosed psychopath so I'm just a little familiar with it. He basically told my mom if she ever left he would take us away and kill us all, said that an angel came out of heaven and kissed his feet, made my mom get down on her hands and knees and kiss his feet, blah blah, but I don't want to complain my life's pretty decent now that I never have to deal with him but yeah I assure you psychopaths are everywhere, you just aren't aware of them, and if you ever see psychopathic tendencies in someone get the fuck away cuz they will stop at literally nothing, and the way they can manipulate is ridiiiiiiiccccuuuuuulouuuussss, you have no idea.

hopefully this movie is about psychopaths or I'm going to look like a dick lol

How shall I begin my story? It was many years ago when I first learned the secret of my origins. All that time I had been led to believe I was a normal kid, growing up in a normal suburb in a normal place in America. How wrong I was. When I first learned that I was not all I had thought first to be, I felt a sense of dread like chills creeping up my spine, slowing down my thoughts as I tried to repress the reality of what had been said. Surely this must be some of joke I thought. A joke. Was that all I was to this world? A fool that life could play such a cruel joke on? I was devastated, and thus began to wander away from that place, to travel the world seeking an answer to the problems of my life.

Pain. It was pain that brought me back to myself. Only pain was the remedy for the ills of my soul. Suffering, and torturing myself, eased my angst about the secrets only I knew about myself, only I knew who I was really deep down inside. And so I had found at last, through my years of seeking an answer to my problems, that it was the sensation of pain when I felt the most alive, the most real, a complete escape from the hopelessness of my situation. At first I started with horse whips and candles, beating and burning myself. Then I  graduated onto razor blades and knives, until I would bleed a pint of blood. My body was bruised and scarred from all the torture I inflicted on myself, all in places I could conceal with clothing so no one could know my dirty little secret. I got off on pain.

So why am I telling you this? Well, perhaps it is an acpocryphal warning, my last prediliction to continue on the work I began. So I shall return now back to my tale of pain. Soon, I began to realize the pain was no longer working like it had been. The more I tortured myself the last satisfaction I got, and the more troubled I became about my past. With no means of relief I detoriated rapidly into depression, and fear crippled me. And so one day I came upon a startling conclusion. I was being selfish with my pain. Because I did not share pain with others, I could no longer get off on it. So I thought that I should spread the wisdom of my discovery, to find disciples and build a church of pain. Through ascetic philosophy, my disciples and I would find our own heaven, a heaven of pain. And so I began to proselytize my new found enlightement to all the world. Through our pain, we would find pleasure sharing our discomforts with one another, to end the guilt of our sins once and for all and be forgiven.

having fun? creativity and imagination are important to maintain sanity, but i really do not care to read your bullshit.

fantasy is meaningless to those who don't share the same fantasies or who's own fantasies do not associate in any way to their own.

i have let go of my pain of the past. that's it.. i let go.. in trying to justify it, i tried to make sense of it, i tried to find REASONS for what I did then IN THE NOW. the thing is, those experiences in which i felt pain and in which i caused pain, happened with an entirely different mindset full of different beliefs and values.

sometimes i am confronted with an image of my pain but to stare..

so like some random person i am passing on a street, i quickly make eye contact and then set my sight forward again and keep walking.

dick loljk. that's pretty crazy about your dad though, everything happens for a reason

for me this movie merged instincts, spirituality, ego, identity, society and a bunch of other stuff into an entertaining movie that is both eye candy, mindcrack, and "higher self" influencing. pay attention to the way the screen looks.

let me know what what you think about the movie. it's also written by quentin tarintino

People are afraid of themselves, of their own reality; their feelings most of all. People talk about how great love is, but that's bullshit. Love hurts. Feelings are disturbing. People are taught that pain is evil and dangerous. How can they deal with love if they're afraid to feel? Pain is meant to wake us up. People try to hide their pain. But they're wrong. Pain is something to carry, like a radio. You feel your strength in the experience of pain. It's all in how you carry it. That's what matters. Pain is a feeling. Your feelings are a part of you. Your own reality. If you feel ashamed of them, and hide them, you're letting society destroy your reality. You should stand up for your right to feel your pain.

wat

I have felt my pain, I have learned from it, I have stopped allowing it to control my life.

pain only lasts as long as you allow it too

pain is not a motivator, the lessons learned from it are.

who the fuck carrys a radio nowadays how old are you LOL

"people people people" are you not a person? all generalizations are false

I assess the power of a will by how much resistance, pain, torture it endures and knows how to turn to its advantage. People fear death even more than pain. It's strange that they fear death. Life hurts a lot more than death. At the point of death, the pain is over. Yeah, I guess it is a friend. We fear violence less than our own feelings. Personal, private, solitary pain is more terrifying than what anyone else can inflict.

Without pain, there would be no suffering, without suffering we would never learn from over mistakes. To make it right, pain and suffering is the key to all windows, without it, there is no way of life.

The movie's definitely a trip.

"You'll never understand, Wayne. You and me, we're not even the same species. I used to be you, then I evolved. From where you're standing, you're a man. From where I'm standing, you're an ape."

I had a nightmare with Woody Harrelson's image from the movie  this past week, and I haven't seen this film in years. So, his portrayal of a major psychopath left an impression.
