Shin Splint

So about 6-8 months ago I started trying to get into shape. I started jogging a bit every other day or so. I wasn't very active at the time. So I guess because I was dumb and didn't stretch properly or warm up I ended up injury myself. Because I was anxious to get a routine going I continued running on it and now it still hurts.

What can I do to allow this to heal? I deliver pizzas 5 days a week so I am walking on it all the time.

Thanks for any suggestions.
