A "caveman diet" is all you need. Nothing fancy.
Don't ever do a "caveman diet" or any of this bullshit, its completely unhealthy
Maybe you're mistaken. Caveman diet means you can only eat food that a caveman could have eaten. Such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, meat, fish.
That's is pretty healthy...
The caveman diet advocates eating raw meat, doesn't it? Or maybe that's just one branch of the caveman diet... At the very least, it advocates getting almost all your calories from meat. Cavemen would have eaten very little fruits and vegetables, as they didn't know how to farm. They only ate what they could scavange, which is almost entirely meat. The difference is that meat back then was generally much leaner, and had many more vitamins than today's farmed animals. Unless you're eating wild deer and buffalo, you're not going to do well on the caveman diet today.
Meat can be eaten raw so long as it's fresh as. I don't what know if the official Caveman Diet is. When i was told about it i was told that you can only eat what a caveman could have.
I heard that a long time ago people used to hunt down an animal, eat lots of it then they might not be able to eat for a while. Because of this the body learnt to store fat for these periods of not eating. And this ability to store fat continues today.
Don't know about the whole meat being easier to get than fruits, vergetables thing. There are heaps of plants with all sorts of properties and the cavemen were surrounded by it. Just like we're surrounded by roads, shopping malls, cities... they were surrounded by plants. So, they would deffinatly know their shit about them because that's all there is.
Hunting with spears and bows is hard as and picking berries and stuff from trees is easy. And there's plenty of it...
