Seasons don't fear the reaper...nor do the wind, the sun or the rain. We can be like they are.

Your personality structure is just as transitory as all of those other parts of nature. the only difference is that "you" feel like you ought to stay in one piece forever. He's saying...you gotta let that go to get past the idea of death.
