couple quick questions
    #1306230 -

i innoculated a couple jars with gt syringe and it 100% white
1. when should i take them out of the jars?
2. i have a fish tank with perlite in it, do i put the cakes on the perlite or on the lids of the jars?
3. how often should they be sprayed?

i know these are newbie questions

How are you growing? If you are doing a cake you should fruit them while they are in the jars and then take them out once you see pins.

A week after 100% colonization is optimal.  Any time before that is fine too...

Doesn't make too much of a difference.  If the cakes are placed directly on the perlite you may get some fat-asses.

If you're using perlite you shouldn't have to spray.

With just a couple jars, I'd birth each one at the first sign of pins, or hyphal knots. If it were several jars, I'd probably birth the ones that showed pins first, then within 3-5 days I'd birth the rest.
