Um, I did, with semi good results.  I had a perlite based casing made of cooked brown rice that started to grow green mold on it.  So I tore off all the bad stuff, boiled some water with a vitamin C 500mg pill in it for 5 minutes, broke the casing up and nuked it for about 5 more minutes, then let it cool in the microwave for another five.  I took a funnel (Can get one at walmart in the automotive section) and placed two coffee filters into the funnel.  I then slowly poured all the slop into that and strained all the water out into a cup.  I then squeezed every last drop I could of the mush leftover out of the coffee filter without tearing it, and mixed some hot cocoa mix with the water, and drank the stuff.  I got off on it, without any bad effects.  :smile:

biglo i had a dung(sheep horse and cow)peatmoss groundlime and verm mixing casing
but if one of you had a good idea .i can try the steps first.to look what it looks like.

Fugu... man dont eat the casing. Its crap... and dirt. Now I have done a few things in my life that I would consider ummm desperate.... for a buzz. But man its DIRT and SHIT ! if you cant wait for shrooms... try an extraction tek. PF has a good one. If you really cant wait to do that, then maybe boil the casing and make tea. If you seriously have to eat a cake or casing or something.. at least spawn some grain.. preferably rye... i mean i wouldnt really wanna eat bird seed either. good luck...

yeah.. .and extracting the active drug (dmz ?) in sucrets cough drops by distiling the crap.... haha talk about desperate. interestingly enough it creates one of the most amazing "Trips" I have ever experienced. They stopped selling sucrets with that drug btw... at least i havent found it in years.

i still regularly extract DXM from robo, i don't consider it desperate, more like ingenius and practical considering all the non-ripoff powder suppliers are gone.
