They are incubating, dont worry about the humidity as you said they were in jars. If you have open holes in the lid the dripping water might cause a problem if it dripped in the hole.

But once pinning and fruiting your gonna want the RH a little higher, so get used to condensation, and try to keep everything clean in there.
