Strato-Paul guitar!

So today out of boredom, I tore apart some guitars I had, and put together a new one!

It's pretty cool actually!:sunny:

I took the mahogany neck from a Epiphone Les-Paul (LP-100), and fitted to the body of my Yamaha Pacifica. I wired in a Seymour Duncan Great White Snark in the neck postion, a vintage Strat middle pick-up, and Gibson '57 classic in the bridge, all wired to a 5-way switch.

HOLY CRAP! It's freaking awesome sounding! Nice and fat when I need it, killer attack and tone (from the mahogany/rosewood neck), and very formidable sustain tone from the Yams Agathis body.

All in all a pretty sweet guitar built out of spare parts I had layin around! I'll post a picture of it here in a little bit.

You should record something! That's a neat looking guitar and I'd love to hear how it sounds.
