When you report a rating, a notification is sent out to all the mods and admins. Anybody can take responsibility for investigating the report, which will remove the notification for everyone else. I have updated the system so when a staff member investigates a rating you reported, you'll receive a PM letting you know who is handling the report, and you can contact them with any questions. I hope this helps address the perception that nobody follows up on these reports.

What I gathered is that only certain members, namely known butthurts, are allowed to report negative ratings. Since you're not a known butthurt I suggest you use the report system with caution.

Well I learned from a mod that if I leave a rating that is entirely blank then it's ok, and if I leave one that is just plain vulgaraity and says only "dumb mother raping faggot",etc then it's alright and not against the new rules.

I also learned it might depend on the mod who handles your ratings report to use their own personal interpretation on what the "new rules" actually are
