Both of those "Sublime" bands you checked out are the same band! These guys busted out all sorts of reggae and tons of rockish music as well

Nightmares on Wax is very chilled out, I just got 'Carboot Soul' and enjoyed it coming down from my last trip. Theyre one of those groups that make you feel like you're hangin out at a beach house or something on a sunny day. I want to get Smoker's Delight

I also think Sphlonge is overrated. they've got some pretty cheesy sounding stuff in alot of their tunes. and when people say "you havent dosed high enough to appreciate sphlonge" i just wince. you should like the music regardless of being sober or tripping. tripping should merely enhance your enjoyment of the music and take it to a new level. i think it is an insult to the artist (except maybe sphlonge, haha) to only enjoy their music while under the influence of a powerful drug. anyways, all you mushies should branch out from sphlonge and explore other musical realms. theres soooooo much out there! i highly recommend classical music as well.

Maybe you're listening to the wrong CD, pal.. its SHPONGLE.
And just so you know: ITS MADE SPECIFICALLY FOR THE PSYCHEDELIC EXPERIENCE, so don't start whining about "oh gee you need drugs for that cd?" yeah of course for THIS artist; it highlights the differences in audio-perception that are in effect while psychedelics are in effect. Hope that makes sense. Regardless, I loved these albums before I tripped to them, and I love them even more now that I have, as I picked up on tons of things I never would have even listened for that are packed into these albums, and realized that there's still so much more in there I haven't discovered. More music in these albums than 50 brittney cds.
And with regards to classical music..... Beethoven is good, but Tchaikovsky is definitely my favorite - that guy would have loved synthesizers and effects, I'm quite certain
