I got the PE to grow on agar, what now? (Updated with pics!)

But I need a little advise for favor. There is one small section with rizo growth, are the different sectors the spaces between the long rizo strands? If so how do I choose what sector to transfer to the next agar plate?

Grab the rhizo stuff. Transfer some to new agar, some right to grain for spawning.

Ok so I transfered agar to agar last week and this is what I got for the PE, I took 3 ryzo sections from my PE dish and now they look pretty good. 2 of the dishes have this pink dot crap going on.





And here is an Oakridge strain that I am trying to clone. I also took 3 ryzo sections from the dish and this is what I got now.




How do things look to you guy's? How many more transfers do you think I need? Any advise, comments on the PE or Oakridge are welcomed

I'm kinda wondering if there is still sectoring on the PE? The top picture looks like it might have 5 or 6 sectors but I'm really not sure?

Nice rizo ropes on the OR!

I'm a relative agar newb with only a few isolates under my belt, but the PE dishes look like they need have several sectors and could use another round of transfers.

Most of the time you need to do like four or five transfers before you start seeing individual sectors.
