how do I orgasm FASTER

So lots of people want to be able to last longer but I've found that I last too long. My girlfriend has had way more orgasms than I have when we have sex, half the time i don't even finish.

What the fuck. I always get like riiiiight up to the point where i can blow a load but never quite get there. Half the time I can jizz on schedule, half the time i can't do it.

Any tips? Should I just refrain from masturbation? Maybe my dick is just too used to power grip of my hand, idk.

I have had/still have that problem sometimes. I found that lowering masturbation DEFINITELY helps. And it makes sex feel much better.
