One thing you overlooked, though:  If you wanted to be a politician, you shouldn't have gone into economics.  Politicians usually start out as lawyers, where they learn to bullshit people and win their trust.  Economists are the people that get hired by politicians to justify pursuing the policies they wanted to pursue anyway.

Lawyers are better at combining being in the legisture with making outside income. Hence, lawyers dominate low legislative pay states because seats have a higher present value. Women dominate high pay states.

Also, lawyers have really good job flexibility. They can put their career on hold much easier than other professions. They don't start out as lawyers in order to bullshit people its not like they have some grand scheme.

I can use words very well in the moment to draw most anyone to my cause.  Me being an economist just means that I can bullshit with words that mean something, and the wit really comes into play in helping formulate compelling and logical arguments on a whim.

Shit is legit, I would pwn all my opponents in debates.

My post was partially sarcastic.  I'm not really as cynical as that post would seem to imply.

Nope, not marijuanaman from youtube...I looked up some of his videos tho, yes similar hair, I have dreads...can't tell for sure if he does...
