i think answering the question would take less time than complaining that its being asked again. or even taking the time to URL link to the 'search' and if you don't like the fact that this question is posted.

in my exp, they are both equally potent. i have no preference. i munch em any which way =o)
i have heard people think stems are tho. but i don't

Its some stoner urban ledgend that the caps are m4x0r p0t3nt, but they are all the same. Or if the levels are differnt its not by much at all and couldnt be noticed

Just eat it all. Caps usually make up only like 10-30% of most indoor cubes weight.

caps generally weigh more, but it doesnt make them more potent. 1 gram of caps is as strong as 1 gram of stems of the same mushrooms. but 1 gram of stems will likely be like 4 dried stems or so, while 1 gram of caps will be 2 dried caps (at least, thats how my mushrooms generally weigh out to be)
