What context was it said in? I would think that Family Guy would critique our drug laws and knowledge. Are you sure the point wasn't to demonstrate our lack of education regarding drugs?:shrug:

Peter and lois were singing in a talent show and they thought they sounded good but they didnt, and chris was like educating them about cannabis and he said that, pure factual context..

They're probably trying to be funny. They usually seem pretty sharp

In all fairness, cannabis contains THC-COOH which is tetrahydrocannabinol carboxylic acid.  Heating it does decarboxylate the acid to form THC.  I'm sure the makers of Family Guy were not thinking of this when they made their error though.  :sadyes:

If LSD is an intense Hallucinogenic, and Marijuana is labeld as a 'mild hallucinogen', it would make thc a mild form or lsd....
