What if you get away with it, what did you get out of it? at most a couple pounds of whatever the hell you're doing? Now what if you get caught... the difference will be astounding.

that would make a great position to defend an unlawful search/seizure from, especially if he had kept sex toys there, though he could still have argued that he believed his sex toys to have been present.

i'm not above being the but of a joke if it protected me from the law.

when i rolled with a rainbow kitchen a couple of the guys kept tampons in their pockets to confound any police that might search them.

I've been pretty lucky with the law, in 6 years of doing drugs and being a moron about some shit, i've only been stopped and frisked one time, had less than a gram and had it throw away and told to go home(after being slammed into my car by a cop of course) either way, lesson learned, don't carry weed in your pocket :shrug:

only reason I was searched was because there was reports of a scream coming from a property i wasn't even on which was a "terry search"

in my experience and opinion, most searches are terry searches.

i've never consented to a search, and never been charged with a posession/assault or any serious crime, and i would have to spend some time thinking to tell you how many times i've been searched.

in my approximately six years of doing drugs, i've never been searched.  in fact, never been harassed by a cop for anything other than traffic violations.

I live in PA but in looking up the laws now it seems I may be wrong and that only switchblades are illegal.

most states have a restriction on the posession of certain dangerous weapons [the usual: switch blades, nunchaku, shuriken, kuboton, mostly oriental weapons which recieved a mystical status from the 50-70s, etc], and have all weapons illegal to conceal on your person, or sometimes with an exception in statute or case law permitting small folders to be concealed].

california [where i live] is such a state. you would get stopped, but could not be prossecuted if you decided to start wearing a sword openly, as long as you didn't brandish it.

I don't know how you wouldn't be able to keep your mom out of your house, if it was my mom I wouldn't break shit down, I just wouldn't let her in.  Tell her no, you don't want it.  If she has keys and she is nosey, get a new lock.  Make up an excuse why you don't want it, look online for horror stories and print them out.  Just keep saying you don't need it and its a waste of money, get frustrated, let her know shes not doing you a favor.  If your moms a bitch than this might not work, in this case just tear the shit down and put it in your bedroom the night before.  Its a pain in the ass moving a grow op, but it isn't exactly hard, just time consuming.  If it is pot, make sure to cover the dirt/wet spots.

well I carry a 6.5 inch folding blade that i use for work and it's usually on me at all times.  It was mentioned when I got caught with less than 1g and it was a non-issue when I told him it's for work though so if I get hassled again I'm just going to say it was a non-issue for other officers (about 10 officers for 1 g of weed actually, this is where your taxes go!) and that I did not know I was breaking a law.  Usually being a white male and being respectful will get you out of any problem with the police in these parts.
