I was thinking.....

in resizing the picture, you have compressed that moment in time.  Originally, the UFO was dispersed over a greater area, and in that state its holographic technology made it look like a sky.  but under compression of time the mass becomes viable.

I love sedona.  Been there 4 times.  Great place to relax, i reccomend the pink jeep tours.  Been on that multiple times and it was sweet!

It would be a wonderful place to relax, but I went for the opposite reason. I spent the time in total motion...biking, hiking, and climbing.

I spent the day biking, hiking, and climbing around Sedona Arizona. I have to say that the scenery is quite spectacular. It has occurred to me many times in my explorations of outdoor areas that certain places affect the attention in various ways. I am aware that many new age types hold certain areas around Sedona to be in possession of mystical energy. They call these places energy vortices. Many people will even tell you what you should experience at the various vortex sites. Personally I think that approach is bullshit. However, I do think that places of extreme beauty (or ugliness) have the ability to focus the attention. If one is open to the moment as it occurs and acknowledges the feelings they experience that they may be inspired to one type of action or another. Today I climbed one of the so called "vortex" sites in Sedona. I hiked to the saddle of Cathedral Rock. It was a tricky little climb at one point, but well worth the doing. I don't think that any female energies overcame me, but I was inspired by the beauty and majesty of the view. Do these places have power? Yes. Is it mystical? No. Ultimately it is up to the perceiver to act on what they perceive.

I'm so on to you dood. I know you made this thread because you want to show these pics and talk about all the fun yer havin. :satansmoking:

Take it to the PUB.:nono:

Please clarify what this power is, if not a mystery?

We could say it is beauty, but that just a word...what is beauty?

Please first completely demystify it if you have a problem with the term 'mystical', otherwise it IS a mystery & therefore 'mystical'

Word up Chronic, 'Magic Mushrooms Demystified' is a jive slogan for this site too, no one could possibly 'demystify' 5 dry grams.

New-age fluffernauts have given mysticism and Sedona a bad name. Nice pics Hue. 111˚ West FTW.

Sure I can classify the power. It is the natural human response to the environment. Many people subdue this by not being present...and many have fear of it because they would be forced to action if they acknowledged how they felt and accepted it.

First of all I don't post in the pub...second of all my point is part of a multi-thread series of posts that follow the same theme...the possibility of the existence of power places which I believe to be a reality...but not because of UFO power or other nonsense, but the power of perception. Yes we do perceive energy fields, but these fields we interpret as solid matter. It is how we are wired. There is nothing there more than what we can see, but one has to be open to what is there and not worrying about other dumb shit like what is for supper of what happened yesterday. Also I do have fun...it is my occupation in life. Surely I am allowed to discuss my career.

It is how most are wired, if you have honed & tuned your Awareness you can see this world through eyes the 'materialistic' human mind could never imagine, i know this for a fact. Just last night i was meditating and could see my body as an energy field similar to a work of art by alex grey...

You can become aware of energy fileds emanating from beings, we call them moods, emotions, thoughts, but they are merely energy fields we then label & in labelling them we do not gain insight to what they actually are, rather we lose the clarity meaning & depth that these energetic pulsations carry with them

We are energy in play as matter, it is fully possible to see this energy in play within the matter if you can become sensitive enough

No experience of phenomenal reality is final, to claim the solid world is the whole  world & that is all there is, is to fail to investigate the matter, literally

This entire life is a wonderful mystery, to claim there is nothing mysterious about it is not intelligence, it is sheer ignorance & fear of deeper Self discovery

It is to FAIL to invesitagate & probe into reality & to just blandly take everything at face value, which is just giving up & a cop out IMO

A human being can contemplate existence to such increcible depths, i am in utter amazement at how many fail to do so & hide behind so called 'intelligence' which is nothing more than fear of facing ones own death

I hope you can have fun discussing it. It is no mystery to me that the environment has an impact on our attention. How you react to the impact is not, however, predetermined and it is completely within the will of the perceiver. This is completely natural. You can argue otherwise...and your entitled to your opinion, but don't expect that I will be willing to waste energy on such an argument. I am just stating what I see as obvious. No need for you to agree with me.

My career is only determined by what I want. I do not consider meager efforts to obtain money worthy of the title career.

Why you posting here if not to debate ideas? That's why I suggested the PUB.
