I would take 125mg and then top it up with another 75mg 2 hours in OR take 150 in one go and then the 50 1-1:30 hour into it.

OR I would take the 200 neat, but thats not recommended if you're not a 300lbs guy with a bit of a tolerance.

Unless she knows what shes doing dont give your GF more than 125 on the first dose, I saw several girls get completely cabbaged on 150 to the point they enjoyed it less than they would a lower dose.

Please do this: NO eating for 3 hours before dosing and no dairy to empty your stomach, then dissolve your dose into half a glass of lukewarm water and slam it down.

Drink in response to the sweat and piss coming out, do not overdrink because you will wash your MDMA out prematurely. Do NOT let the "good music" hinder conversation. If there EVER was a social drug, its MDMA.

Now run to the store and get yourself a Vicks inhaler. You'll thank me :yesnod:

it should be more intense.  particularly if you forgot to not eat.  for me, a 70mg dose felt about like 120mg or so.

of course it's advisable to be cleared out before doing it.  as in, no need to poop and if possible recently enema'd.

i've got no aversion to drugs up the butt, so it doesn't really bother me.  in fact, i might be getting some 2c-e in the coming weeks, and i figure to preserve my stock and to avoid nausea, i'll prolly be utilizing that method.
