I can't even lie, from the perspective of somebody who doesn't have to deal with a crackhead shitting on their sidewalk, this is hilarious!  I can't believe the dude just plops one right by the bus stop, that is raw.

How do you equate human feces to litter? And cigarette butts ARE biodegradeable. If you haven't noticed they're not made out of glass or styrofoam.

Hey now, depending on the department, the guys in this area tend to do a pretty good job. They keep this neighborhood safe when other neighborhoods were having daily shootings over the summer. We call it our "10 blocks of solitude."

Um I can go see a cigarette but on the ground thats been there for years. Yea when I walk past some slavey smoker and have to breath in your stinky smoke then that effects me and makes me sick. my point is the dude is calling the cops over shit in the road trying to get some one arrested for having to see his shit. When the cop who knows law tell you they cant come out to protect your eyes from seeing shit and you call them idiots cuz they know the law. I live in eugene oregon and to say i live in white suburbia like im protected or something. When your calling the cops to remove shit from you eyes..How could it make you feel better for getting some guy who has problems arrested for shitting.
What crime scene who was the victim? Look up the word Crime in the dictionary it talks about lose and damages. This man who called the cops, what lose and damages did he incur. Yea i agree its nasty to shit by a buss stop but its not a crime unless hes doing it right in front of you,  and that was my point. Your calling the cops over poop.

Thats my point. Shit on the ground really is not a problem for police. If you dont like it quit being a baby and clean it up. Why do you need cops to come to your aid over poop. I was trying to calm the guy down hes acting like hes being robbed of something and the cops wont come to his aid. And compared to the properties of shit and cigg buts Id prefer shit. Well maybe you could appeal to the local government to make you an offical poop police and then you could go around monitoring poop. We could call you a rent poop cop.

There are laws about public indecency and being naked in public. I can't imagine this crackhead shit in his pants and it magically slipped it was down his leg until it escaped his pants an landed on tehe sidewalk.

Clearly he would've had to expose himself in public to shit on a sidewalk. This isn't shitting in the woods away from where people might be near it, unlike a bus stop.

The point will be to call the bus station and complain. Cops are for protecting individual right. Do you need protection from stepping in poop. the fact that he pooped on the ground did that deny you any of your rights? Being a Eugene city police officer and knowing criminal law I know your brain is fogged. We have serious problems to handle, people who really need help. We think its comical when slaves get mad when we wont rush over to help them with there poop problems. Calling all units we have a citizen who stepped in poop. Were the idiots?
