The Mad Shitter crackhead and incompetent police

Some stupid fucking crackhead has been shitting in the road right next to the sidewalk on route I take to campus and my parking garage. Today the stupid cunt shit right in the middle of the sidewalk, right by a major bus stop.

So once I was done with my classes for the day I called the cops to report it. The girl tells me I need to physically come into the station and file a written police report. Fucking... WHY?

It's a small precinct, how hard is it to tell your guys to look at for some crackhead bastard dropping trow and shitting on the sidewalk? It's even the same fucking place everyday for christ's sake, it's not like they'd even have to patrol around and look for the dude.

Cops are dumb.  He's SHITTING on the sidewalk.  Why wouldn't you send someone out to take care of that?  At least a sanihut?

Nah, definitely a crackhead. We have no shortages of crackheads in this city. I'd say it's a junkie but everyone knows junkies don't shit.

People in the neighborhood said they used to have this problem a few years ago but they got the dude locked up because they did their OWN surveillance with a webcam.

Maybe if more people complained the police will do something.  Or if he is shitting on the property of the bus company they will try to stop it.  I bet if it ws their property they wouldn't put up with that shit.  ha

I had a bunch of crack heads shit and piss and fuck in my gangway.
I called the cops every night. Most of the time they wouldn't even get out of the car. Or drive by 2 hours later. So I called my alderman and got other people to call. He got a city inspector to come and make my landlord put up locking gates. They are even remove the benches and tables they hangout / live at. I think it had something to do with the inspector stepping in a pile of feces.

If I lived closer I'd post my self up on a roof top with a pellet or paintball gun and go to town when I saw the person. If I could get on the roof of the place where he's doing it I'd soak him with ice water on a really cold night. That'd teach the fucker.

It would take a few days worth of pee to soak someone head to toe. But I'd definitely throw some dog shit in the water. Maybe I'll talk to the company that owns the building to see if I can get this plan to come to fruition.

Well first of all , you have to go in to the station because they want to make it  a valid complaint. On the phone its not official. they go arrest him and there is no victim they have to let him go. 911 is for emergency and you seeing shit in the road does not make you a victim. You sound like a baby calling the cops, I can just hear you now " Um yes..um somebody took a shit in the road".  Your calling people idiots but your calling cops to show them shit. I bet the cop station thinks your an idiot.

I never said I called 911, quit making things up. I'm not some dumbfuck, I called their local number and I called to make them aware of the situation, not bitch about it. Do you not understand the sanitary issues with human feces being on a sidewalk?
