the account is tied to the CD keys. if you sell the account the games with CD keys entered on it (wow, BC, WoTLK) all automagically come with it.

I got a rogue I'm selling, in full Ulduar 25 hardmode gear, some gear from the new instance (Trial of the Crusader), mostly season 5 and 6 pvp gear.. 310% mounts, about 50k gold, 6,500+ achievement points and so on, but probably want more for it than you would want.. but PM if you are interested

ok. good for them all they have to buy is wotlk to play my account.

You can buy the game and play other accounts on it.
