Link to the latest in the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. video series. Intelligence.
http://www.pcgamer.com/new-fallout-4-special-video-highlights-the-importance-of-having-big-old-brains/
I thought I had been putting them all here as they came out but apparently not. You can find them all on pcgamer though, or youtube, or anywhere else.
They are going down the SPECIAL list for release order, so only agility and luck are left.

The Oculus experience can get quite impressive. Am really excited for the release of the Consumer Version next year, but the DK2 has given me some fantastic times so far. Was tempted to go back and play through New Vegas in the Rift, but have been holding out for 4 to be my first VR experience in the wasteland. Thinking it is going to be worth the wait.
Is Fallout 4 gonna have native Oculus support? I honestly don't know too much about it but afaik native support is still pretty rare. Can't think of too many big name titles released with it recently, only indie stuff that I'm really not that interested in. The one of the things thats held me back from buying a dk2 (besides the consumer edition sometime in Q1 of next year) has been the fairly limited amount of stuff that have built in support rather than requiring paid third party software like VorpX

No plans for native support to my knowledge, I have a copy of VorpX though.
Vireio Perception is a freeware alternative that provides support for most of the same games. As they cover Skyrim, Fallout 3 and New Vegas, presuming they will get support for 4 up and running as soon as possible.
Would not expect native support to take off with big name titles until sometime after launch, even as best case scenario.

Not sure what kind of support the DK2 will have software-wise after launch.

I will *MAKE* support dammit. With my penis.
Bethesda stated no native support for VR, at least at first.

Anyone out there a wanderer?
I like the casual no-look blasting of the roaches right before the Super Mutant scene.

Only partially Fallout 4 related, new trailer also went up for the next Fallout Shelter update
Noteworthy because it contains footage of Piper, one of the new companions.
Not sure I have seen footage of her anywhere before, but seem to recall reading about her back around the time of gamescom, so maybe this snippet was from the presentations that we didn't get to see.

Looks like they improved facial animations dramatically but there's still some broken lip synch and uncanny valley going on there.. Can't tell how I feel about this particular companion yet.

Why would Canadians NOT want to explore a ruined US East Coast city? Sounds win-win. Though I bet people from Boston will probably get the most enjoyment out of it, depending on how well they mirrored the infrastructure.

Nah I gotcha, same here. I only talk to Canadians here anymore.
Also Throw a 100 dollar 750ti in whatever you have now (if you do have a desktop) and it'll probably run better than the xbone. Not gonna go full PCMR on you but you could save yourself some money. Fuckin love gaming on my PC through the TV while chilling on the couch. I use shroomery in the exact same way.

Ah, yeah FO4 might be a little CPU-heavy, it's hard to say how it would run on a pre-built with a gtx750ti thrown in. If you have other games you wanna get for the xbone, then it's still the better buy for you personally.
