I went back and stopped that video and read it
it said "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time"

That is IT
not one thing was on there about tyrants or blood

No, but it's a reference to a quote that mentions both tyrants and patriots from what I've read. I don't know the quote myself, but I read that in a few places. Apparently also it has connections to white power groups. Not sure if it's a weak connection or not to be honest.

I think his point was he wants a revolution.

it's interesting but several years back the Gadsden
Minutemen had a standoff with the FBI over a video tape, no
one was arrested because they were not so crazy after all
