Drug Ed Flicks

I wish I knew some titles. This would be good to research. I remember seeing a 16mm film in grade school about drugs. LSD was the neatest part! This guy in the Navy freaked out and .... as I remember he thought he was God or that he could fly. There was (what looked like) claymation special effects which represented some of his hallucinations. It actually intrigued me at that age --as to what LSD was all about --even though it had a decidedly sinister tone. Anybody know any good propaganda films about drugs?

Hahaha, the old "reaching for altered states of consciousness can get you burned" ploy.  Great idea I must say.  It could conceivably happen.  I seem to remember some pretty funny --yet cool-- special effects which simulated an LSD expeience on screen.  Like really psychedelic man!  It was groovy!  I havn't seen Reefer Madness.  Good suggestion.  I've heard The Trip is funny.  It's a Roger Corman film.  :cool:

there's another called 'angel dusted', i think it went straight to tv in the late seventies.
if you have kazaa you can download a few short documentaries on military lsd experiments. there's a great one of a british platoon trying to do a patrol on acid, the sarge laughed til he cried.
