I agree with Asco, although I don't know if I can claim that the whole thing is ABOUT drugs (certainly dmt-"inspired" from what I've read in interviews and just from listening to it and stuff..), but:
Shpongle - Devine Moments of Truth (D M of T...)
Shpongle - A New Way to Say Hooray (samples of terence mckenna talking about dmt)
Shpongle - Around the World in a Tea Daze (I doubt they were referring to Brisk Iced Tea..)
I would assume that what went on in ROOM 23C was drug-related as well, but heh whatever 
Shpongle.
There's this song by some rock band from somewhere here in the los angeles area called "Let's Go Smoke Some Pot!" - the reason I like it is that it sounds very trendy like so much of the "rock" these days so it made a bunch of noise for a while  same with that Afroman - Because I Got High song - I don't know if I really liked the song nearly as much as something like Shpongle but it was pretty neat

Heh, I think that song is by Real Big Fish..or there's also Lets go get stoned by Sublime 
As for my fav..I think I'd have to go with Divine Moments of Truth by Shpongle.

Are you talking about Scarlet Begonias? Since when is this song about drugs? I've never heard the Sublime version but I've heard the Dead version a lot and I've never had the notion of drugs pop into my mind when listening to the lyrics.

pink is given drugs by the doctor in comfortably numb, i don't quite know if it fits in this thread though, since most (all?) other songs mentioned here are about recreational drug use. and remember, pinks memory of the numbness is from his early childhood, when he in all probability hadn't started using yet.
