Ed a poem of a dream I had (that may soon be reality)
    #2242551 - 01/14/04 09:19 PM (14 years, 5 months ago)

I met a man yesterday.
In a garden, far away;
A garden on another plain
but grown by me, just the same.
I'm sick, he said
I am too.
He moves to leave
I turn and say, We'll see you soon Ed,
soon, someday.

I met a man yesterday
layed in bed, eyes far away;
It was a dream? he says, you see?
A dream for you but not for me.

I met a man yesterday.
Layed to rest and there he'll stay
The dream goes on
I turn and say, We'll see you soon Ed,
soon, someday.

I met a man yesterday.
In a garden far away.

You know how sometimes someone you know writes a poem and you're like "uh oh, I hope this doesn't suck because I'm going to have to pretend I like it"?

Well, this time, it was pretty damn good.  :thumbup: Thank you.

This is really good. I love how it flows through the text, there aren't any akward parts. You can hear it in your head as you read, rolling line to line. Very nice  :thumbup:
