Well thank guys.

I was reading some David Deida one day, and the way he described breathing really clicked in a way that allowed me to let go of some preconceived ideas, and let go of being result oriented. Like, if I can only see the polarity of it, just experience fully what is already occuring, that is all the technique that is needed, and the technique can easily flow into something more natural. So it's basically a Deida thing, with polarity embellished for clarity.

why there is reality and patterned, law-like consistency at all, rather than noise or non-reality is not a question physics answers. It's a question physics presupposes an answer to in order to provide other answers.

Deida has some great philosophies. I love his take on women in "The way of the superior man".

In other words, we see ourselves as separate from the rest of the universe. Most people think of themselves exclusively as "I' or "me", and that "I" am facing the universe as my own entity.

Or you can think of it as "that stuff out there" is the +, flowing into "me in here", the -.

When in reality the same intelligence that gives rise to the universe and all of the natural laws and yourself are the same thing. You need the universe to exist, just as the universe needs you to conceive it. There is no actual duality except that perceived by us, and thus the 0.

At least thats my take on it. :smile:
