Don't think just breathe and learn to let go...
    #10736356 -

Everything you see is a projection of yourself. The you who you think you are is a glitch in the system that was created out of positives and negatives (- and +). When you hear people say you are dreaming it means life is a perfect random order that shifted from 0 to a swing of - and + that extenuated itself into the pendulum of duality. When awakening happens the swinging stops and shifts to non duality (0) This is the effect of God completing a cycle. Creation came out of complete randomization. When we inquire into life's purpose from a shift to big mind 0 we realize that we are just completing a dream cycle. The dreamer (God) switched from non duality to duality and thus created existence when it started dreaming.

This is why we must maintain perfect posture and realize inhaling is - and exhaling is +. Until we shift to big mind in which case reality is perceived through 0. I am speaking of meditation. It has been a perfectly useful tool for me that allows me to stop dreaming or rather become aware of my dreaming.

Free will does and doesn't exist at the same time because of duality.

We must make the unconscious shift to conscious and then we will awaken and reach 0. Then - and + will come along and re-dream the big bang. Thus beginning another cycle.

Fuck I can't type anymore I'm tripping out.

I enjoyed this post, especially the bit on the breathing as I'm currently coming over a hurdle with meditation and need a few ideas to exercise. I do wish though that when writing things like these people (in general) would refer to themselves and not to me.

Everything I see is a projection of myself.

We are all dealing with subjective experience and this is all we have to use in our decision making. If I choose to relate to the things you say because I am also human and we are similar then that will happen, but I find it much harder to swallow when someone is telling me from their seat that this is how it must be in my seat. This is just something that has bugged me recently, I mean no harm with it.

I would actually argue that everything I see is in itself, its own thing. However, the manner in which I interpert it is the interpretation of myself...

I think when you trip acid or any hallucinogen things take on a deeper meaning and you get this illusion that you are one with the world and we are all a single experience...which to a degree is true (as shown by quantum physics) but what I think occurs is that the mind becomes more aware and thus objects loose their previous one-dimensional meaning and take on a greater significance.

I think its then that you become aware that the objects you are perceiving are entirely composed by your own subjective experience...Not that they are literally you, but rather you project all meaning and purpose into them.

I think we typically don't do this unless under the influence because the meaning behind objects, unless its something of profound personal significance, is defined by a less personal meaning...

I'm not doing a good job of explaining my thoughts here...but maybe you get the idea?

Its important to realize that every "thing" or "object" that we see with our eyes, in reality has no clear lines that distinguish it. The boundary is always changing, and the components that make up any object are no different than the components of its surroundings, they are merely arranged in a different order. An object cannot be described out of context with its environment.

Try to describe something as simple as a cube, and you'll quickly find that the terms "side" or "angle" or "edge" have no meaning if you do not have a space around the object in which to define these terms.

The universe is a pattern of energy, and objects, beings, planets, stars, are convulusions in that pattern. There are no individual objects unless we narrow our perspective to look at only that one object. Its like standing an inch away from a painting and looking at a tiny section of it while ignoring the rest. Interpretting it this way allows one to see how "everything is connected" to each other.

word, energy is always in motion. im literally connected to all of the universe by molecules / whatever (im not a scientist)...if you literally put your perspective at a point outside of your body and think of it like ....the water meets the air meets your skin and then muscle and insides and through and the the worlds molecules continue on the other side of your collection of molecules existing in the place your collection of atoms/molecules are arranged rigt now...sitting...or standing. the beauty is that it takes beautiful form like us humans. or a flooowerrr

So 0 is a singularity or the universe as "Omega Point" and + and - are the two kinds of manifestations of the universe that appear after the big bang, like subjective and objective? or do I have it totally wrong? Your wording is strange =P

What he means by the duality of +/- is the duality we (humans, or conscious beings) perceive ourselves as. The duality of "me in here", and "that stuff out there".

In other words, we see ourselves as separate from the rest of the universe. Most people think of themselves exclusively as "I' or "me", and that "I" am facing the universe as my own entity.

Or you can think of it as "that stuff out there" is the +, flowing into "me in here", the -.

When in reality the same intelligence that gives rise to the universe and all of the natural laws and yourself are the same thing. You need the universe to exist, just as the universe needs you to conceive it. There is no actual duality except that perceived by us, and thus the 0.

At least thats my take on it.

As you are near the bottom of a breath, you can notice that desire to breathe in may occur just before the breath is fully gone. When you breathe in, breathe in fully feeling the emotion rise up from the lowest part of the body into the belly and chest. Eat it like a piece of cake, and have no thought of exhaling/letting go, until it is time to do so. When you exhale, let go completely, yet do not push the air out as this would be anticipating the next breath. At the bottom of the breath you will notice that tug to breathe in. Still your emotion and don't entertain desire until it is time to breathe in again.

You can further explore this by holding the breath. You can hold the breath at the top and feel that fullness, and reject the desire to let go. You can hold the breath at the bottom, feel the emptiness, and not entertain the desire to inhale. When you are conscious of both, and feel the balance between them, you no longer need the dots, or even the separation. It is one movement, like a wave. A calm excitment. The mighty sound of silence.:awesome:

why there is reality and patterned, law-like consistency at all, rather than noise or non-reality is not a question physics answers. It's a question physics presupposes an answer to in order to provide other answers.

“Strengthened by contemplation and study,
I will not fear my passions like a coward.
My body I will give to pleasures,
to diversions that I’ve dreamed of,
to the most daring erotic desires,
to the lustful impulses of my blood, without
any fear at all, for whenever I will—
and I will have the will, strengthened
as I’ll be with contemplation and study—
at the crucial moments I’ll recover
my spirit as was before: ascetic.”

I asked three random people what 'you are dreaming' means and not one respondent came close to your babble, so no, that is not what it means.

Generally a variation of one not being grounded in reality, i.e. stuck in fantasy.

"I am going to win the MegaBucks!"

"Dude, you are dreaming."
