He means there are a large portion of circles in which the evidence points elsewhere. Can you PROVE they are all man made? I didn't think so. that couldnt have ben made by humans. for one its pretty fuckin huge, media would have got wind of it while it was being made, as this would have took more then one night for humans to make. for 2 there would have ben some kind of arieal to ground communication to pefectly alighn that and place it where it is.
