noticed some green or blue on the uncolonized substrate on the bottom of the jar. All else looks healthy white and took a whiff and smelled like mushies. HEard of casing before 100% and heard it's bad idea but don't know what to do. Also noticed a few specks of green in the white mycelium on another jar. It will fight it off though right? What should be done?

The green molds tend to be stronger than the mycelium in my experience. If I were you I would throw out any jar that has green in it. Just make sure it isn't just bruising first.

well first make sure it isn't just bruising (although the part in the uncolonized substrate is DEFINATELY a contam), and since your cakes are already contaminated, it can't hurt to take them out, and cut out the contaminated part.  spray the cake with a bit of water&peroxide solution just to be safe, and then keep them isolated from your other cakes. if all goes well, your cakes should be fine
