You are bound to intercept some contaminants during the transfer. I've worked with bacteria quite a lot and even if u use an antibiotic there are still many fuckers that can settle into your dishes. I prefer to store the flask somewhere very cold and when I need media to work with just sterilize the whole flask and afterwards continue with the dish pouring. However, if you're a lab wizkid and you are sure that absolutely nothing will grow in your dishes then yeah I don't see why not :smile:
