just received about 200 vinyl from my uncle....

picked up a tube preamp today....

Mostly british invasion stuff like Rolling Stones, Zeppelin, Beatles. And then a bunch other.
Looks like my ears got some music listening to do!

Yamaha HS-50's... not the greatest.
Comp speakers are Klipsch 2.1 which are pretty sweet
Sennheiser HD555 headphones which are decent as well

What records did you get?

Is it all Classic Rock, or does your uncle have some soul?

You got any Classic R&B, jazz, funk, blues, or reggae?

QFT

They perfected recorded music with vinyl played over tube pre-amps. Larger than life.

It's all over the spectrum.. but ya mostly blues/classic rock. Bands that were big in 60's and somewhat into the 70's
