I have some recommendations for male masturbation.

Wow, sounds like something I went through as well!  I went out with a woman who had troubles with men in her life...also a catholic school graduate...and she had trouble achieving sexual orgasm with men.  I worked with her...it's very mental for some women (so I notice)...and we were eventually able to achieve orgasm together.  It was not easy and took lot's of focusing and opening up to sexual issues...not to mention lot's of trust.  We had to get used to our bodies and feel comfortable being nude in front of each other.  But with persistance, we ended up timing our orgasims together...and that is beyond words... :ooo:  I found that the key element of the whole experience was mutual trust.

Now, is this chakra move something that is both visualized and felt...how intense can it get...what can make it work better?  When I shoot the energy out of my crown it's almost like a cannabis high mixed with the feeling of orgasm...euphoric and stimulating.  I can hit it every time if I prepare for it (breathing, sitting, and allowing the mind to still).

it IS both visualized and felt... you have to visualize it, in order to do it... as far as intesity goes, i dont know... the one time i accomplished it was MINDBLOWING... best sex ive ever had, hands down... but i bet it can get better... with practice... sadly i dont find the time lately to meditate on anything... so my mind is constantly babbling and its hard to shut...

Is all tantric stuff dealing with chacras and such? Im interested but Im not sure what its all about. No offense but all this heart chacra and energy swirling around and stuff sounds like a bunch of little kids talking pokemon or something.
