There isn't anything you can do except use lube, though that never fixes the problem for me, it just makes it comfortable for a little longer.  Though maybe since you have a penis, it will work better for you.

Also, are you using a condom?  Maybe try some different condoms?  Or if she is on the pill and you are monogamous, don't use a condom.  If she isn't on birth control, you could ask her how she feels about it. 
I used to take it and it was great because we didn't have to worry so much about getting pregnant, but the last time I was on it I stopped after a month or two because I started having side effects.
