Melatonin = Dreams
    #9506478 -

Sooo lately I've been taking melatonin....at first I just wanted to fall asleep after rollin, as we all know how hard that can be.

But now it's just freakin' awesome.

I have soooo many dreams. They're very strange dreams too. It's more like watching a movie than actually partaking in what's happening. All these strange scenarios play out before you.

My dreams are always so numerous and bizarre.

Does anyone else have the same experience from melatonin?

If I take some I'm guaranteed to have at least like 3 dreams.

Also does anyone know if melatonin is bad for you to take a few nights in a row? I wouldn't think so as you're brain is supposed to produce it anyways....

If you guys haven't tried it you should. Dreams are dope....

Ha I wouldn't know if DMT was bad on a sunday, or any other day. But I would sure as hell like to find out.

Dreams are frickety fucking awesome. Amen to that....

And woooo, let me know if you're dreams are as crazy dope as mine. Take two...more fun.

My dreams are epic anyways. I just want to have more than one memorable one per night. Some nights I don't have any memory of them.

When I'm smoking heavily, as I am now, I don't remember nearly any of my dreams, it's a dissapointment.

But with melatonin it doesn't matter at all. At least for me. I'll have so many where I remember like all the details.

Yeah, I've definitely had some pretty ridiculous dreams after taking melatonin.

try taking melatonin + valarian root.  it's like regular melatonin dreams on steroids.

Enjoy it while it lasts, ive been taking Melatonin for a while now, and yes the cool dreams will fade with time. However the opposite can happen as well. There were numerous times where i had EXTREMELY vivid nightmares. I also did the Melatonin+Valerian root combo, but it gave me some hungover effects....so i stopped.

If you REALLY wanna get some deep sleep try

Melatonin+Valerian root+L-tryptophan pills.....Be sure to swallow them with a cup of chamomile tea

Ive never done it, but i bet its interesting

Edit::and plz note that if you continue to take melatonin, your body gets dependent just like any other sleep aid. I now REQUIRE it to go to bed a night. So thats kinda a downside. Id try to quit, but my school work would suffer due to my insomnia

i take melatonin maybe 3 times a week

really useful.

and i love the vivid dreams too.

the only downside i found, is that if you are awaken in the middle of the night and havent let your body run its sleep cycle then it can sorta be like your sleep walking

barely conscious of what your doing, and motivated by archaic human functions

I have been taking 5HTP + Valerian Root capsules.  Definitely have been having crazy dreams.  The dreams are much more realistic and vivid.  My dreams are almost less fantastical, because there is less open space for your brain to have to "fill in" with story, if you know what I mean.  Everything is present to the dreaming consciousness and it is nearly as realistic as waking life.

i have a huge bottle of it but i always forget to take any.  when i do i don't really notice a difference tho.  i just feel really good in the morning when i wake up...but a little groggy.

i have crazy dreams but not all the time..i either remember them or i don't, and when i do remember they are crazy.  melatonin hasn't really ever had a noticeable impact on them tho.  maybe i should take it more regularly?

Melatonin has never influenced my dreams significantly.  Valerian root is where it's at, though--doesn't improve lucidity but just makes my dreams much crazier and more like an action movie.  I still remember having what seemed to be a four-hour long dream involving trying to break into North Korea's nuclear weapons arsenal while meteors rained down from the sky.

i got gta4 for xmas and that night i had a dream that i was swimming way out in the ocean trying to swim up and steal boats just like in that game.  it was scary tho bc i kept thinking a shark was going to come up from under me.
