My recommendation for food is a big bag of Starburst. While you may think it annoying at first unwrapping each piece, it soon became a big game for me. I had fun throwing the wrappers around and watching them float off in the wind. Plus, they are really sweet and just chewy enough. I suggest a big bag because three of us annihilated a smaller one in a half-hour last trip. Losing our candy was sad.

tactile stimili are incredable.. things you can hold, stroke, hug..  .. imho tripping with a girlfriend would be the best trip toy.. when i trip i want to hug and kiss any good looking girl and especially those ihave feelings for..
but for simple trip toys.. try something simple.. incense.. light and hold it.. if you hold it upside down and rub the unlit end along your thumb(the fingerprintable side) or any part of your hand with lots of nerves.. mmm.. it feels incredable..
sunset.. or anything that is beautiful or amazing.. looks that much better..
as i allready said.. women.. even if its just a close friend, a girl who wouldnt mind hugging you for a long time..
wherever you go, bring along some music.. whatever you like, preferably something happy.. may i suggest that you, if you dont allready plan on it, bring along some beatles.. songs like "hide your love away" and "daytripper" fit pirfectly for me.. techno is good, but different.. every music is different.. also look for The Moody Blues.. they are excellent music for trips..
the CD in search of the lost chord and days of future passed are not to be missed.. (days of future passed, im convinced, is describing a trip caus it follows a trip pirfect, and has the line "peak hour" at the right area (near the beginning, after a buildup.. ) anyway

My friend brought his remote control monster truck last time we tripped at my place. Omg, so much fun!
He put it on my pool table, and then put all the balls up, and the game was that he had to get the balls into the pockets by driving the truck to move them.Brilliant.

The best Trip Toy that i ever had was my uncle's Boat house. It was so cool to be tripping while being surrounded by water. also on the deck, we put 15 candles out side at night and it gives you just the best chillin' light to trip.------------------

I have to agree with Dinomyc, unfortunately, the only experience I had illustrates that the converse is true too. Shrooms seem to have the same effect on me that people talk about Ecstasy (which I haven't tried)- wanting to touch people. But tripping and not having a girl I could hug /(hold/ lie down beside/ cuddle with/ etc.) really sucked.
Or to be more specific, having a girl who was a pretty good friend; whom I sort of like; who may have feelings for me but probably not; and that I don't feel I could touch or even ask to because I think it would make her uncomfortable/ weird her out; even though she seemed lonely and in need of someone to comfort her. 
Plus two other attractive female friends in the room- with their respective boyfriends- which leaves me, alone on my bed, pondering the fact that I have nobody to hug. 
Which is not a good thing to be thinking about while shrooming. All of the swirly rainbow patterns turned into spiky black and brown patterns for a moment, and I felt cold inside. I actually found it pleasant that the environment would change to fit my mood, so I decided to just forget it and listen to the music; and soon felt better.

On my last trip, a woman would have been a gift from god. We were at Wawa (PA and South Jersey's version of 7-11) and I was absolutely dying for a hug. These two girls were using the ATM machine and I was waiting in line behind them. I was so close to just asking them for a hug, but checked myself when I realized how sketched out they would have been. I later saw one of my female friends walking down the stairs to her dorm, and my face just lit up. She asked me what was so funny and said I was acting a little weird, so again, I resisted the urge.
