Lime/gypsum per vol...

Im having a hard time finding how much lime and gypsum to use per volume and such.  Im doing Coir/Verm...

I remember someone asking before and having a tough time finding out.  It's definitely not much tho.  It's something along the lines of spoonfuls per quart.  It doesn't technically have to be exact either, but I'm sure someone will chime in.

1 teaspoon of hydrated lime per cp of peat
and 1 tbs of gypsum per cp of peat works out pretty decent.

You don't lime bulk substrates, so none.

Add gypsum at about a tablespoon or two per cup of coir.

isn't it 5% on both accounts but lime is only for casings not the bulk substrates.

then it will negatively effect the PH of your substrate... I hope you didn't add much. It could be worthwhile to start over.

FUCK!  I've been sitting on 8 jars for 3 months now!  Tonight was my only night to do this shit for awhile... and now im told to start over.  What should my PH be?  I have testing kits and such...

It was like 4 tsp for like 8 cups...
