Gypsum a.k.a. Lime?

I want to use gypsum in my rye as suggested by a few techs I have read. I am having a little trouble locating gypsum, is it the same as lime? I think there are different types of lime. If gypsum is lime, what flavor do I want?

Hydrated Lime is calcium hydroxide
