Nope but there's a clip on youtube that explains quite in depth what happened.

I haven't tried it, but from what I've read, the dosage is a lot more manageable if an MAOI is mixed with DMT when going the intrarectal route.

Yes, I did.  Didn't work for me at what I would consider an economical dosage of approximately 100 mg.  Despite the fact that I am a non-smoker, I have gone back to vaporizing as the method of administration of choice.

I would, however, be interested in knowing if an ayahuasca or pharmahuasca can be made simply, easily and effectively from extracted spice.  I'd try that if it could be done!

look up the FASA method...

1000mg of dmt into 50ml of acetone

309mg of fumaric acid in 50ml of acetone

mix two together...dmt fumarate drops out...pour of acetone..let dry...now you have a very stable salt form of dmt

Nope I haven't, I don't seem to have enough for a decent orally active dose.

I'll just save it for vaping and get some p. viridis/caapi for hausca.
