Stalled Cakes ... Should I Filter Incubator Air ?
    #927123 - 10/03/02 12:51 AM (21 years, 5 months ago)

My cakes have stalled ...
They grow slowly ...
Micron Filters ... supposed to promote air exchange .... but my incubation box is a ... box ... so no air gets in ... do you think putting an intake and exhaust hole would liven up my box? if so ... what could i use to pull and push air in/ out. i was thinking computer case fan ... any other ideas? thanks!

Try flipping the cakes over. I don't think its necessary to install an intake/exaust system.

If the bottoms are WAY to WET, then they might not colonize.. In which case you could always birth them and take off all the Uncolonized areas..
