Stalled Cakes? Is this common?

I have been watching my babies closley since i started doing this. I have 2 cakes that are on their second flush. Since the second flush has started, many pins have formed. They seem as if they are going to abort, but they have stayed about the same size (a little growth) and color for 3 days now. On one cake i have about 4 1/2inch to 1 inch pins that have not grown much in 3 days. I have the humidity at 94-97% and its 70-73deg in the fruiting chamber. Their veils show no signs of tearing yet. I am hydrating the cakes through drinking straws on the top. I got 46 grams wet from the first flush on once cake and about 20 grams wet on the other, so the straws seemed to have helped. The cake that only did 20 grams was dunked for 12 hours and it did poorly compared to the stawed cake. I put a straw in the dunked cake after its flush and now it is the one that is ahead in pining. Does the second flush take more than 4or5 days to fully form? The first flush was growing by the hours, not the days. If you see anything wrong with what i have done let me know. Just want to get what i can out of these 2. I have 6 other cakes that i birthed around the time of the second flush and they have a pin or 2 forming.

Since i said this i have had some noticible growth. Any suggestions why growth has slowed so much?

I had the same problem, I don't know what it is but in the same chamber I had cakes with casing and they were ok. maybe lack of nurition, are they regular PF? Try casing next time is well worth the extra time, you will get more flushes and less hasel with the humidity.
