stalled cakes?

i have birthed 2 cakes 2 weeks ago on sunday. they are in a 2liter pop bottle with wetted perlite onn the bottom. there is enough hummidity because the walls have water droplets on it. i fan 3-5times daily, althogh there was once or twice when i didnt fan it for 14 hours. i should also let u know that there are no pins or primordia on it. my question is, is this stalled? what could i do to make it pin?


ps i cold shocked one of the cakes for 18hours.
