I consider the starving children in Ethiopia when I stuff my craw with sugar coated candies until my teeth hurt, but I rarely do anything about it.
The way I figure it, if the budhists are right, it's their own fault. If the christians are right, they'll keep sending a cup of coffee a day and the problem will solve itself. If the nihilists are right, it doesn't really matter. If the muslims are right, they deserve to be slaughtered anyway so starving is lucky enough. If the unitarians are right, I'll eat my shoe.

haha, unitarions. i dont kno what that means, but its funny.
how do u kno those mushrooms arent foreign? hav you grown ecuadorians before?
so u just injected spores into an apple? did u wait till there was myc. growth? did u cut any open and check?
the gills can be somewhat light colored though...as long as the print is purpple/black.
i dano, i just dont think that it was ur method that produced shrooms, but rather lucky nature. i could be wrong though.
good job, either way.
hav fun, and be sure those arent poisonous.

Why bother feeding the spores to horse? why not just spray the field directly and quicken the process? I have a friend who puts spores in a hand held garden sprayer and just walks around his field spraying under existing dried patties. Does this in June and by September his field is FULL of cubensis. And this is in a area WAY outside the normal range of cubensis - or any other active mushrooms for that matter.

Neat...next time just inoculate a horse, when the shrooms burst out it's harvest time.
no, really, that's a pretty cool thing you did there.
