labels are gay

whats a hippie anyways?

its not the music you listen to or how you dress that makes you a "hippie"

i have friends who listen to metal and dress that way to, they share the same beliefs as me...are they hippies to?

the myth is that acid is a hippie drug.  IT IS NOT.

i had my first experience of wight on wight from san francisco and i ate 2 hits.  I felt like i was on some amphetamines and some awesome trippy fractal shit.

enlightenment my ass.

shrooms are for that

acid is so much nicer and more fun and i would suggest everyone to take a shitload and just go out to party.  The colors and fractals are some shit i will always come back for.

fuck this allnaural drugtaking crap

shrooms are much more likely to fuck your mind.

although the myth is that acid fucks you up d00d.  wtf

ahhhh i love this drug, and i hate hippies for robbing the gullable people of this world of the chance to experience it without fear.

hell ive been more scared on coke.

lsd pwns
big ups

gonna rave on acid from now on.

next time thanksgiving.
:psychsplit:

ps.  synaesthesia is the shit. and my consciousness flowed out of my palm!

i've had completely mind blowing spiritual experiences from acid it just depends on the setting and how much i take. 2-3 good hits is fun to party on and be sociable, but those same 2-3 hits can be a mind fuck if i were by myself in the dark with headphones on.

What did the hippies do wrong. They are just trying to promote something they believe in. LSD with the right guidance and preparation can have amazing effects upon a person. And IMO a society that had that kind of respect and treatment with psychedelics would be a better one. Some of the hippies I have met are the kindest and most understanding people I have ever met. Compare them to the people who go out drinking, terrorize and start fights. How did they force LSD to become illegal. All the hippies did was rebel against the governments rules and societies views and instead thought for themselves. I agree hippies who go around preaching LSD like a Christian fundamentalist aren't doing the best thing, but not all hippies are like that. The hippie's i've met don't impose their beliefs on others, but instead attempt to change by living what they believe.

Yeah, hippies basically suck. At one point in my life, I definitely would have said otherwise, but at that point I was 15 years old and tripping on one substance or another every 5 days or so. It's a very naive outlook, and aesthetically it is shit. I mean, in 1967 it would have been kind of rad, but by 1969 it wasn't even cool anymore. It works if you have a huge ego, no taste, and either no aspirations or no real problems. I still respect some hippy ideology, like trying to be as positive as possible, but for the most part they are lame as hell.

yeah exactly you wer naive and still probally dont understand jack shit about hippies. being a hippie isnt about taking alot of drugs tho the most of the ones i see take far more drugs then the avg raver, tho its to be noted alot of hippies were a raver and just saw it as a phase and were hippies before and after.

You may not have ever heard of acid without hippies. Give them a bath and a razor then you have a relatively normal person.

you make no sense, seriously

what does having a big ego, no taste, and having no aspirations or problems have to do with being a hippie.

Im a "hippie" if you wanna use labels, im married, have a job and children, i think people with egos have the lowest self esteem of all, there only being that way because they have issues with themselves.

Also i have tons of problems/bill/responsibilities just like everybody else

All the "hippies" i know are the same way, there married, work hard, and are not egotistical

So i dont know what group of hippies your talking about but none of the ones ive ever seen have been like that and ive been on tons of tours all across the country.

Many people think hippies dont want to do anything with there lives and that is false

they just dont want to help support Babylon thats all, I think trying to find ways to not be so reliable on the sysyem is a good mind set to have.

Dont get me wrong though there are sum assholes people who claim to be hippies but are not, maybe those are the ones you have met?

I don't know what constitutes a hippy these days, but I do know that most of the people I meet who like to bash hippies bash them for the things that they in fact are...i.e. lazy ass drug addicts. They just don't wear tie-dye or have dreads, they're more average looking. Plus they are usually just intensely cynical. They're all like "fuck hippies" and then if you are like "ok what do you stand for?" they will reply with "sex, drugs and partying." Which makes them guilty of all the things that makes a hippy only they have short hair so they can blend in with square society better.

It's pretty lazy to bash a subculture without offerring up anything with substance.

Psychedelics promote compassion and a sense of unity with the world and in particular other human beings. People who enjoy them and promote their use aren't inherently hippies. You aren't your clothes or your drug of choice. What a silly way to incite divisiveness and hatred. How about, to each their own? Why the bitterness?

HAHAHA, you think you know LSD after taking two WHITE on WHITE ( not wight dumbass ) and seeing some fractals?

Goddamn kids these days........

Lsd is so fucking powerful it is unbeleivable, most people are just getting these crappy white hits and these crappy amber gels ( which can not be more then 25-50 mics a piece at most ) and thinking they are experiencing it ALL, when it's only the tip of the ice berg.  Take a full psychedelic dose of LSD and tell me it's not a spiritual tool to respect.  I'd like to see you take 600 mics and go to a party and try to maintain your sanity.  Lsd will rip your ego right from you and your body will be a drone while your mind is discovering truths you never even thought about.

However, just because I know the true power and glory of LSD, does not mean I think the "family" should control it ( PS family is a bullsht lot term now, family doesnt exist anymore with lsd, its a marketing pitch, all the L comes from overseas chemists.....RC vendors.....and people with the right tools ).  I like the term EXTENDED family, because thats where all the bullshit comes from.

Any chucklefuck can buy a GD hat and put some wings on it and say his shits family fluff ( whtie on white comes from rc vendors at the root ), and to half of these custy fucks walking around they buy into it.  Oh wow my shits family shit, theres love in here, and just the thought of having some love in it adds to the experience.

So many " lot kids " think they know how to make L, where L comes from, What COULD happen on L, and tons of other cockamaney bullshit that they have instilled in their brain.

I've heard people say on lot that good L is really LSA cause it's natural.......I laugh and try to argue but it never des any good.......just like MDA is a natural chemical extarcted from sass.....goddamn people read a fucking book......

However acid is very powerful.....controllable most the time.....but very powerful and I laugh at the day when it grabs you by the balls and makes you regret underestimating it.

You'd like to see the world changed in accordance with your opinion, right?

I don't get why people point out that "it's only an opinion."  So?  Can't I have an opinion about someone's opinion?  I don't see any reason to think that world that integrates psychedelic drugs would be a better world to much degree.  What can I say?  I like LSD but I think that the hope that it and other psychedelics could change the world is seriously misguided.

I don't know that they do this for everyone.  I'm trying to imagine a psychopath (someone who inherently lacks sympathy) on LSD and I don't think it would promote compassion in them.  I don't think that widespread use of psychedelics would make the world any more peaceful and I don't even think it would make people feel like they were part of a larger community.  I think that you might be putting your own ideological desires onto the inherent natures of these substances.

I don't see how you think you can know this.  Even if it's true, so what?  Take 5 hits and you've gotten to 125 - 250 micrograms.

LSD is not a spiritual tool.
LSD should be respected.

So don't you think that kind of thing happens when people also take LSD and EXPECT it to be a spiritual tool?  If you expect a spiritual experience with lots of insights, isn't that what you're likely to get?  We're talking about a very powerful mind altering drug.

i think you are probably right on this one.

psychedelics arent meant for everyone.  if everyone was tripping this world would be...fucked up.

i think there is a reason why only lovey dovey people and spiritual people and intelligent people like psychedelics.  that reason is that we benefit from their effects.
